Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — GVMC - New Water TAP Connection

I have applied for a new tap connection on 19th March bearing Application number : 2015-ENG-2-0105, Referred to ME-ZONE-2 in the locality Pitapuram Colony, with door number 9-41-22/5 . Till now the my connection is pending for approval where I have paid all the respective connection charges as well.I have connected with the concerned DGM of my division but they said that they are going to send respective person to complete the work but so far no one is able to take my file forward. Kindly looking for the immediate action from your team in providing a connection Thanks for your help n advance, P Ramanamma.
