Personal Grievance — Personal grievance about Police not taking any action regarding a serious complaint

I Parul Mathur, lives in Jodhpur (Rajasthan).I am a B.tech graduate.Since a year me and my family is being troubled by our tenant named Vijay Kalla.He is not paying the rent and bills from almost more than a year and also threatening the family.He behaves indecently and in case of water shortage he cuts off water supply of my house.He also tried to slap my mother and threatens my father with a sword.Its been a year facing all these situations.We have complained about this but the police have not taken any action against him.In this situation my family is facing mental anguish and high economic losses and we all are terrified in our own house.Recently he noted down our vehicle number and gave it to someone with the motive of accident.There is no progress in the proceedings.FIR is also not documented though we have requested the area officer many times . Therefore, I request you to help us make the above subject and help us get rid of this trouble.
