i have taken your service in august 2015 in bhopal at the time of service done they assured me that quarterly service will be provide . But after my complaint only 1 service provided in the whole year .

The society has taken the advance paid service for pest control treatment of the entire building.

However, the personnel are not being sent for doing the treatment inspite of calling and following up with the manager.

It was decided to finally take up the matter in a consumer court or try and resolve it legally....

I opted for bed bug service of p.C.I and paid an amount around 3500 cash to a staff of p.C.I. Mr. Bijay(Mobile no. -[protected]). He said there will be 2 service in a gap of 15 days and that all bed bugs will be killed.On the next day one company technician came for the treatment and sprayed some liquid with water . But after 2 service to my surprise, the insects are found alive and wandering in the same area. When i complained the company...

I have ordered termite treatment for my home. M/s pci told me that you will get 5 years guarantee that termite will not come and if come then they will treat on free of cost. But, last 6 months i am following the distributor of bhuj, gujarat-370001 but, they are not responding.

This is to inform you that our two documents having docket nos. B-[protected]/35 sent to santacruz east and Panjim lost at your end on 19.06.15. One of these document was containing one cheque . To stop payment of this cheque bank had charge us Rs. 114 as " stop payment" charges . We are going to deduct the two document courier charges of Rs 35 and Rs 10 and bank charges rs. 114 from your June'2015 bill. kindly confirm the same....
