I have recently ordered a Dell Laptop (dated 31st August, 2022) through my Flipkart account registered under my Mobile Number

I received the product on Sunday (dated 4th September, 2022) and found that the I have received a wrong product. The order was placed with 16 GB RAM specifications but I have been cheated and received the wrong product which has only 8GB RAM specifications Laptop which I have also confirmed from the Company with the product ST number given below. PFA for the invoice (product ordered) and pictures representing the product received by me.

I have also tried returning this product through the App but I am receiving error messages in the app from the day I have recieved the product and detected the issue.

Also please be informed that I have reached out to Flipkart multiple times and yet I have not received any official update or confirmation neither through a mail nor via call about the current status and on the replacement process.

After calling multiple times as you can see in my complain history, I have just received a compliant number (over a call only though) and was said that I will be called back and contacted by the escalation team on the same by today but yet I have not received any update on the same and it has already been over 36 hours since I have raised this concern with the product.Please find below the case/ticke number that I have received from the Flipkart executive.
