Warranty is Already Registered 3 month ago on Dell site . 2. Laptop is heating and keyboard stuck, screen white spot See . I requested many times to Flipkart but Flipkart Rejected my Return Request . they say we cannot accept return . seller not accept Return . They say provide a proof or jobsheet from Dell service centre so we Replace this . In my city service centre not available .I told but they Refused . They only spend time to Return policy End . Say wait for 24 hours, 48 hours etc and show Resolved my issue again and again . I contact #Dell they say we Repair this product . Technician come and Repair, Replace heat sink the product after Repair New issue Found charger not detected . I see product when it Repair etc. And Verified . And I demand to Replace my laptop to Dell As per policy wait 30-45 days . Now I again Request Flipkart Nov 20 Received a call 21 Nov they say we Now Accepting Your Return please provide jobsheet from Dell .
