I ordered a laptop from Petilante Online seller on 6th AUG 2022 using flipkart platform. The order was delivered on 9th Aug which was defective. Raised return request on the same date for which I was told to wait till 24th AUG for technician visit. The technician never visited neither I got any call or any communication from them. On 24 they created a replacement for which the delivery date was 26th Aug. I waited till 26th but product was not delivered and then asked to wait till 29th AUG. On 29th Aug the replacement order was cancelled. I again reached out to flipkart, after connecting several times they raised a replacement for which the delivery date is 13th Sept. From 29 AUG till today i.e 10 sept the order has not yet been shipped yet. Every day contacting Flipkary they are just saying to wait to till 13th Sept. . I'm very tired with this issue I feel I did a mistake ordering from Flipkart. Its like fraud they are doing collectively. Now I read reviews about the seller I feel I was fooled and cheated. Hope somebody take actions on seller as soon as possible and get it deliver my product. Was this information helpful? |
