Pgi Chandigarh — Issue Regarding Telecommunications Services of PGI OPD

I am suffering from gastrology problem. I had a teleconsultation with PGI Doctor and doctor advised for endoscopy and biopsy test which was done in PGI itself on 02/08/2021. After the reports come I again teleconsult with the doctor again on 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th Aug 2021 (Tuesday) as the OPD is only on Tuesday's but I didn't receive any call from the doctor on all the above mentioned days.
We have raised our issue with the concerned department (Gaestroentrology) also but no solution was done.
Kindly look into the issue so that patient should not be harassed and treatment should be given on time.
