In nehru hospitals the gastro department is very dirty, interns are spreading used syringes on beds after using on patients... The doctors of gastro deparment are very careless and not looking after the care of patients and playing with life of patients, its request to authority to please look after the gastro department and maintain it so that patient can live healthy life.

I want to bring to your kind notice that I have been a patient of Dr. Rakesh Kochhar for the past 9 years. My clonoscopy was to be held in December 2020 which was eventually delayed to to covid crisis. Rescently my clonoscopy was scheduled for 5th of July for which I got RTPCR and all the required tests done. On the day I was fully prepared. I was attended by some junior resident, in the absence of any senior doctors, who took whole 45 minutes for my procedure. In between the screen went off, the suction also stopped. Then after 45 minutes I was informed that my procedure was now complete and I can leave for further formalities. I had to wait in pain for whole 2 hours to get my reports. The next day when I consulted for my teleconsultancy they informed me about my abundant procedure and that no biospy was taken. Though I was not informed about my incomplete procedure in the hospital. For now, they have assigned me a date on 26th of July again for clonoscopy with full procedures and RTPCR. I hope you can well understand that getting tests like RTPCR and especially clonoscopy done again and again is not at all easy. So I would like to request you to please look into the matter.
