PGVCL — discrepancy in pgvcl bill

Dear Sir,

Please note that I am using Solar Roof top plant and using power.

There is error in bill as follow,
Customer Number = [protected] -
Name-Navinchandra G. Pithadia.

In FEB-MARCH-2019 PGVCL Bill Rs. -360.36 ( Rs.360.36 deposited with pgvcl-as I am having solar roof top plant.)

While
In APRIL-MAY -2019 PGVCL Bill they have deducted Rs.280.59

Means Rs, 79.77 less deducted.
if error that money I must get or correct, please explain How. ?
