Dear Sir, here we are writing our request to please check below information deeply. we just got damarage from your side without any proper resone. at the tine when your staff person came at our site. they have not checked our electricity meter at present time (on 30th May 2015) . they also not made any complaint report or physical document also not provided us any types of physical document regarding this issue, we were available at time of audit but they have not ask us signature. we got annexure -A2 Form no.68487, which is completely provided with wrong information. for your king information here we are sending documents for the same. should you require any further information regarding any proof or any information feel free to contact me on my personal mobile no.
