Phablecare — Refund not received after several times follow up

On 5th April i order medicine, but at the time of delivery i received 5 medicine insted of 6.

So same time i raise complaint, but on 9th April i got mail for refund initiated, but yet refund not credited in my account.

Whenever i follow up with customer care every time i got false commitment.

So please look into it & close on priority
