PharmEasy — complaint regarding late delivery of medicines

I placed the order on 13.8.22 in pharmeasy
And my order number is[protected]
After placing the order in the app. They have displayed the delivery time to be 14th August 2022 by 10 p.m.. Meanwhile around 8;p.m the delivery guy calls and says that the delivery will take place tomorrow i.e. 15th August and not on the date and the time as displayed. Instead of repeatedly telling the delivery guy that it had pressure and diabetes medicine for my mother and it cannot be skipped he refused to deliver. After that called up customer care hoping that they will help and solve the issue, but instead of helping they had a reply that the issue has been raised with the concerned department and it will take 24 hours to resolve the thing. h

After that, i called their customer care number again, and even they didn't give proper reply.

The delivery was eventually not done and late night we had to purchase the medicine from outside. The people at pharmeasy should understand that medicines are really important for the patients and they should not make false promises of delivery. Even after making the payment, patient party has to spend again to purchase those medicines.

Please ensure to supply the medicine on the date indicated at the time the order was placed.

This is an extremely irresponsible and unprofessional working attitude of companies like Pharmeasy who fail to deliver what they commit. You cannot be playing with the lives of patients by giving delayed delivery of something which is extremely important for them.
