3rd class service and 3rd class customer support and 3rd class senior customer support
I have order a medicine which had estimated delivery time of same day 5PM to 10PM, upon that i have paid 39 Rupees for faster delivery by 3:30PM to 5:30PM
when i called the delivery guy he says he is returning the medicine to store and disconnected the call
later i called the customer support and escalated the concern the call was about nearly 1 hour and 0 Zero resolution
I have paid extra to be delivered it today and customer support asks me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for the resolution
This is how this third class cheap pharmaeasy is dealing with customers and doesn't understand the urgency and doesn't prioritize the medicine
WORST ever support received from the below 2 people who are at So called senior customer support at level 3 and level 2
