PharmEasy — Medicine order but Wrong Invoice send with other patient name

Sir,
I had order medicine on 17/8/2021, there have generated two invoice one in my name and other in my mother name. my mother is Cancer patient the medicine of Cancer patient has been added into my Invoice. i request to change the same. The executive rudely spoke and told we cannot do.The medicine is from Jadhav Chemist
