My wife had ordered below medicines from pharmeasy on 21st oct'18
Eplehef 25 mg qty-2 strips
Brilinita 60 mg qty-2 strips
Concor 5 mg qty-3 strips
Rosuvas 40 mg qty-2 strip
I made a online payment of rs 2005 and received package on 23rd morning. To my surprise when i opened package i don't see any of my ordered medicines in the package. Instead of my ordered medicine package contained ceftas-200 2 strips which i had not ordered. We immediately called phamreasy customer care and notified the mess up. Customer care executive acknowledged the mistake and said we will cancel this order and initiate refund after medicine has been picked by pharmeasy representative.
In order to get right medicine he will initiate fresh order for which i need pay again to get medicine delivered. I totally disagreed on this arrangement because it was pharmeasy's fault and not sure why end customer needs to make double payment although i will get refund after 6-7 working days. I kept on insisting to deliver new medicine with the amount i have already paid and i don't have any additional money left for second payment. When i escalated this customer care executive transferred call to floor supervisor. I did explained situation to him and he suggest me to send whats app to #[protected] invoice copy, medicine delivered photo and he will do the needful for medicine replacement.
On 23rd oct'18 wrongly delivered medicine was picked up and today delivery boy comes with replacement medicine and demand rs 2005 without which he will not deliver medicine. When i called up customer care again they keep on insisting on second payment when i don't have any money to pay. For the mess created by pharmeasy poor customer like me who is cardiac patient is suffering without medicine
