Phed, Rajasthan — Water bill paid but still showing due

This is with regards to the bill no: 1857 generated on 09/02/21 with the bill amount of Rs 536. The CI no is[protected]ASHOK JAIN).
I have already made the payment for this PHED Jaipur water bill on 21/02/2021 using Amazon pay (Order Id#[protected]. The payment was successful but it is still not reflecting on your side. It's being more than a month, and it still says that the amount is due.
