Phoenix Relocations — worst packers and movers

I relocated from bangalore to pune few months back using phoenix re-locators service, my overall experience is totally pathetic. I would give 0 ratings for there service. Here is why it is:

1. I had transferred my luggage and bike. It took a 15 days for luggage and more than a month for bike.

2. I should have ideally complained in consumer court. These guys littleraly tortured me for one month.

3. I used to call akshay everyday 2-3 time and he used to give me false promises.

4. I came from office atleast 5-7 time and waited at my gate. These guys used to tell me in the morning that luggage is on the way. And by afternoon they used to say that it will come next day.

5. I had to collect bike from some third location after a month. I had almost lost the hope.

6. Overall pathetic service. Akshay lies all the time.

I seriously don't recommend this service to anyone.
