PhonePe — Credit card bill payment still reach my bank

I paid my credit card bill on 27th Oct 2020.. I got message that it will take 48 hrs to my bank.. But it didn't happen.. on 29th Oct 2020 I contacted customer care but only a ticket is created for this no resolution till.. they just postponing the dates and no solution.. please help to get refund of my money

Still no resolution from Phonepe. They just postponing dates and asking to wait.. I am really frustrated to the core with phonepe. Please help to get my money back
