PhonePe — credit card payment | |||
Dear sir i have made a payment of rs. 4585/- for payment of amex credit card through phonepe on 28 sep 2019, but payments status is still "sending payment request" i called to phonepe customer care on 28 sep then they told me that your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs after passing 24 hrs, they told to wait upto end of 01 oct and again after passing 01 oct they are asking to wait for 03 oct end by saying that amex has not confirm the payment request while by calling to amex they are saying that they are not having any pending request it's a problem from phonepe side and today is last due date, after today i will charged with a penalty by amex. After making a payment before due date also i will have to pay penalty and that are not giving a satisfactory reply.
