Sir,
I had paid my electricity bill due on 18.03.2019 on 08.03.2019 from my registered phonepe number [protected]. The transaction was shown to be successful and my account was debited. On 08.04.2019, when i checked my bill payments on phonepe app, I found that a electricity bill of Rs. 316 was pending. Thinking of it to be the bill generated in April, I paid it and the transaction was successful. Later, when I checked my physical electricity bill, I realised that the Rs. 316 bill was the same Rs. 310 bill with added penalty due to late payment. This means that while my Rs. 310 bill was shown to be successfully paid, in reality it wasn't paid and I paid it once again with penalty thinking of it to be a latest bill. Therefore I would request you to kindly refund my Rs. 310 since it was not paid. I have attached the necessary screenshots for your information.

The recharge status is still pending.
The amount has also been deducted from my account and I have not received any refund or recharge to my account.
Requesting you to please help me by looking over it and resolve the issue as soon as possible..
