PhonePe — fund deducted not credited back.

I have transferred 500 rs to my friend through phonepe upi. The amount is deducted from my bank account but the payment gets failed. Phonepe notified me that the deducted amount will be credit back to my account within 5 days. Its been more than 10 days and the amount is not credited back. The customer care of phonepe is non responsive and irresponsible. I lost all trust in phonepe and i will never recommend to anyone.
