PhonePe — money has not been transferred to my sbi account (rs 24000 )

Hello,

Could you please help me to get my money back.

I have transferred Rs 24000 to my SBI Account through Phone pe but the amount has not been transferred to the account.but i have received the transaction successful message from phone pe. while I spoke with executive from phone pe they are not ready to take the responsibility of the same. and not responding to me correctly.

Hence, can I request you to help me to get my money back.

I am looking forward to your positive response on this matter.

I have paid credit card bill in phone pe through UPI 30.03.2118.amount debited from my RBL bank account but credited to credit card or to my wallet.
The transaction id in phone pe is N1903302220139936403939
UPI transaction id is[protected]
