PhonePe — reward cash back processing time is too long | |||
I have paid BESCOM ( Bangalore Electric Supply Company) electricity bill for the first time using PhonePe app. I got message for cash back. But the cash Back is showing "Processing". I have waited for 12 hours after succesful transaction. The money has reached BESCOM. I tried to contact the customer care but I could not reach them. The customer care Phone number is not responding properly. I do not know when the Cash back will be Processed ? Can any body throw some light on this matter Was this information helpful? | |||
