PhonePe — transaction failed twice | |||||
I don’t know where to start from, but yes phonepe is a big fraud company and i am one of the victim. Issue is, on 6th jan 2018 i was trying to make the payment of my credit card and the first transaction got failed of 4700rs so i made another transaction of the same amount again it was failed, that very moment i received a message from phonepe that i will get my money within 7 to 9 business days, and today is 13 days i didn’t receive my money. Almost everyday i am calling to customer care people, one of the agent told me that i should be receiving the money on 18jan2018, but no response. Then today i called to customer care, by the name of nilesh (Agent) told me i can’t initiate payment of credit card with my debit card, thats really sounds stupid for me like then how i will make the payment for my credit card and then why you have launched this site of phonepe. Then i told him that transfer the call to your supervisor he kept my phone on hold for 20 mins then i disconnected the phone. I am not getting any resolution for this and every single day i am following up with them. Where is my money gone and when i will get back my money, 9400rs has been deducted from my debit card.
