I have ordered speria a1 mobile from phoneskart shopping site. And payed 3999.20 rupees for that mobile via netbanking after payment till now i haven't received any details regarding my purchased product. I tried to contact their customer support. But phone number is not available. And email id provided in the site is unavailable. Now i feel doubt about the genuinity of that shopping site. I sent an email to the payment gateway company (Your payment (Id[protected] of rs 3999.2 for ezeedeals is successful. For queries on your payment visit: http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj). they called me and told they will verify the credibility of the vendor and assured the payment is safe with them. I called them multiple times and sent emails as well. But no response from both the companies.
