Issue 1: The mattress needs to be changed urgently. There may be bedbugs in it. My children are getting cuts and marks on their bodies. It has also affected their eyes badly. Because of this, they are unable to study properly.
Issue 2: Some insects may also be coming into the room from outside.
Issue 3: The medical facility is not good. The medicines are very costly and not effective. The doctor gave medicine for bedbug bites costing around ?350, but it made the infection worse on the face. No refund was given. Lokesh got better treatment when he went to an outside hospital.
Issue 4: At the time of admission, we were told that there would be one test every day. But now, daily tests are not being conducted.
