PIBM — not refunded the fees money on cancellation of admission

Date:[protected] Sub: Not refunded the Advance fee, after cancellation of admission Respected Sir, Last year after clearing the competitive exams, I have search for the colleges and selected the PIBM after having interaction with Mr. David, who has given presentation in our coaching. I personally visited PIBM and met various faculties. After that one of PIBM's staff (most probably related with marketing dept.) called me many times and asked me to deposit admission fee(i.e., Rs.50, 000) before it gets too late. I asked whether this fee is refundable or not if I'll change my decision of getting admission in PIBM, they kindly replied me YES, all of your money will be refunded after deducting processing charges. I have deposited money and they sent me a fee receipt(on 19/03/2014). I was completely shocked by looking that receipt, because it was mention there that, " Fees Paid is Not Refundable". Then I again called PIBM regarding this point, but they assured not to get worry for this. Its been almost one year has gone, and still I have refunded only Rs.30, 000, that also after calling several times. Still Rs.20000 is not refunded to me. And now when try to contact PIBM's marketing head Mr. Mahesh, he dont even receives the call. I want my remaining Rs.20000 back. and What process you did, that costs Rs.20000, please let me know in written, or please refund my money. Thank You, Kunal Dipraj Nagrale
