I have given my xolo q1000s to pickme service bcause of damage on display screen.. I have given my mobile on 7th february 2015 and i have yet not got my mobile.. Its a procedure of 30-40 days but now it is above 2months bt still i have not got my mobile.. Wenever i call customer care they r just giving wrong information by giving mobile in 1weak.. Weneve i call customer care they are just increasing the date day by day nd irritating the customers.. They olwys says us that payment is yet to be complete and i m hearing this same setence frm 15days that to payment is still is process.. What kind of service u r giving. U cnt make such a small payment to te serices centre I m totally uncetisfied with your company and service.. i want my mobile in 1weak or else i have to take strick action behind your company..
