[Resolved] Pickme — PickMe not repair my mobile after 5 month | |||
It is to bring to your kind Notice that I had purchased Mobile - LG Nexus 5 D821 vide above invoice. It was carrying INSURANCE from your PICK ME INDIA. I had inform at Customer Care and your Executive - Mr. Pradeep Vairal on 3rd Feb 2015 pick up my Mobile and my Claim Title is [protected]-1 and start time as per your tracking system is 3.2.15. As per your terms and conditions discussed with Customer Care Executive on Mobile any claim or all claims are settled within 45 days time. Today is 17th June 2015 and almost 134 Days are over and still I am not given proper reply by your Customer Care Executives. Mobile is lying with you and I am sure the status which you are informing me on my call to your Customer Care Executives is showing as - State - Step 5 - Estimate Approved ( Repair Pending), As per this status and last communication with your costumer care executive Mr. Pratik gave me last 20 days for when we gave me my mobile & now out of 20 days 3 days remain, and because of this I had to suffer a lot which you can understand well. please settle my claim immediately otherwise I am compelled to file complain for delay in services and unwanted harassment due to your negligence Was this information helpful? | |||
