Pickme — Undue delay in providing services

Dear Sir/ Madam, My phone had been picked by PICK ME INDIA Employee on 28Feb, He told me that your phone will be delivered to maximum with in 25 to 30 days. My Claim has been approved on 26MAR from since I call several times but same answer every time that it will take 10 to 15 days, I also mailed them so many times but no response. It's 43 days already, one of the worst service is pick me India that I have experienced, they told 25-30 days for service but more than 45 days still my mobile was not deliver to me, I just fed-up on this service very bad & worst.
