I have registered Pickrr for courier service and have recharged 300 INR.
Then I ordered a delivery service on the 10th June to be picked up the next day.
But no courier or pick team called and came to up my parcel on the 11th June after calling pickrr team many times to check with them. but each time they assured me that it will be picked up by 8 pm. However, no one came nor called for the same.
today is the 13th of June and i have already called many times pickrr to sort this out and arrange for the pick-up ASAP.
now they are not only hampering my business but it's really affecting me as my customer is calling me up again and again for the same to be shipped.
Please look into it and I would like to get reimbursed for all the credit I have in my Pickrr account. They have wasted my valuable time and been hampered by business.
