Pigeon Gas Stove — 3 burner stove | |||||
I purchased the 3 burner stove 15 days back with a 2 year warranty from Big Bazaar. And I raised a complaint on 1st May 2017 with Piegon customer care, that there is some problem in the gas passage through the burners, the flame is wrongly distributed along the sides of the burner. This stove is having worst quality that i have seen. Some times it looks to be dangerous as it leads to fire. The knob of the stove is also came out. While logging the complaint(Complaint# 718740) on toll free no.[protected], the executive informed that the complaint will be resolved with in 2 working days and I called them back after 3 days than again 2 more days and so on. Now as soon as I tell them the ticket number raised by me, they will disconnect the call or they will tell that this ticket has already been resolved. And when I tell them that it is not, we are putting your call on hold to check with the technician and you can keep waiting for hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My issue is almost same but not resolved yet..
I am also facing such issues with pigeon 3 burner glass cook top purchased on 26th march from big bazar outlet at exhibition road store in patna.
Issues :
1.) Flame is not upto the mark in the burners.
2.) When turning the knob to sim mode, it gets off in one of the burner..
3.) Everytime when i flame the burner for sometime then want to reflame it again, it does not lite and makes some horrible sound.looks like very dangerously ..
4.) Knob of one burner comes out sometimes..
Although there is 2 years warranty on this product which i have with me in warranty card with big bazar seal ...
Contacted customer care twice .. they have given me ticket number but no one came to resolve the issue ..
Even i called the big bazar store executive but he also given the assurance to help me but finally got disappointed ..
Please let me know what to do in order to get the issue resolved ..
