I bought a handy Chooper XL from Amazon India on June 2021 and after 1 use the pulling rope was broken. I called the Amazon but the time to return item is passed by2 days and they asked me to call the company because it was on the warranty for 1 month. I did call the ci and talked with Anil Sharma who told that he will send one to pick up the Chooper. The guy came on the gate to canadian Embassy and took the Chooper with him on 28 of June. I’m until now, I called several times Sharma and nobody pickup the phone and I didn’t get my chooper from this time.
What can We do now?
