I bought this kettle on flipkart on Dated 21st September 2020.
Used for 8 month or less..
on 23rd June 2021, wired burn all of sudden and it's Stopped working. I immediately raised complaint to pigeon but they refused and instant of helping us they started arguing about warrenty card number..
I gave them FLIPKART INVOICE NO. But still they refused to resolve our issue, it's being 8 days and I didnt get any response till now, after wait from one week I redirected to contact flipkart with the same issue.
till the date I didn't get any response from pigeon and I'm still waiting to resolve this issue asap.. I'm facing this service issues from 23rd June and it's really terrible.
either give me solution as soon as possible or let me know what to do further.. pigeon like big brand serving terrible service then what was the use to buy big brand and waste money.
