[Resolved] Pigeon India — Warranty issue - Mop started spinning after 1 month use

I purchased the mop from Flipkart and after using it marely 1 month, its rod stopped spinning. I called customer care @[protected] and they said that as they don't provide home service, please suggested to contact back after the lockdown is completed in Delhi/NCR. So now I called that number again, this time one customer executive gave me the complaint number - 1804409 and suggested me to call [protected] (service manager according to them) and cut the call in middle. Then I called to that service manager who said that he doesn't work for pigeon! I tried to call back to pigeon support again and they are now continuously rejecting my call again and again!
