We had purchased a pigeon 2 ltrs wet grinder in the month of august 2015, with five years warranty from naval aarmy canteen. The main complaint of the grinder, the paste is dropped throgh soft at the time of grinding. When i reported to your good engineer mr. Satish there contact no. [protected], +[protected], we were told that our engineer will visit in a day or two at your place and resolve the issues but after being continuous followup at their customer call centre nobody is taking the responsibility of getting it repaired.
