Pigeon — Regarding : pigeon induction stove

We had purchased a pigeon induction stove rapido model jumbo from amazon online. The pigeon induction stove is totally waste. It is not working properly from the date of purchased. We have used this induction very rare because we have already using gas stove. Suddenly our gas cylinder got empty, after then we tried to use this induction stove. But while starting the induction we got shocked because of the touch was not working. We sent to repair the same just after 07 months from the date of purchase. And the pigeon showroom executive clearly explained that, the main problem is mother board not working and that cannot be repaired for jumbo model, and they also not getting the accessories for the same model because of online purchasing. Really i got irritated and depressed after hearing his words. Even if the pigeon showroom executive also cannot able to repair their product, then why there is a need to sale the same in online? Then i go for pigeon customer care toll free number directly and asked to send me the mother board, but they said that they will deliver the board only to pigeon technician and they cannot able to deliver the board directly to me.

But my question is that, if pigeon send the mother board to me, i am also educated about electrical & electronics and i know that how to fix the board and resolve the problem. For the same why i want to pay service charge for technician additionally to the mother board charge?

My hope is that, these tricks and playoffs all responsibilities are done by pigeon and the aim is to charge additional amount from me.
