• No career growth as there is no clients, no work.
• No incentive/ appreciation on the floor for performance
• No proper platform to expose one's skills and talents
• Discrimination is made with the employees. There is no value of the employees in the eyes of the management.

Pinga Solutions is a fake company. A black spot on the name of Software Company. Pinga Complaints available on the web are not fake they all complaints are true. This Company is running 5 Sub companies under the umbrella of Pinga Solutions Named -

This is only to save their black money and they don't want to come...
