Pink Fitness T Nagar Branch — Unethical behaviour of the manager

I am taking zumba classes in pink fitness T Nagar Branch. The manager of that branch name is lucy. She is extremely rude with the clients and using abusive language. We have asked the head office number for complaining but she refuses to give everytime. Everytime when we are paying the fee amount she will never give the receipt for the payment and if we ask her she will use abusive language.
