This is a complaint again the product (Order number[protected] : classy purple flower girl wedding tutu dress for princess girls with headband) which i have ordered on 17th april, 2017.

I have received the product just now and i was shocked to see that it was totally different which i have ordered.

I found the below issues in the product:-

1) packaging of the product was too bad. (In small packet they dumped the product)
2) pearls are not available on some of flowers. (Refer attached image for evidence)
3) pearls has already came out from flowers. (Refer attached image for evidence)
4) flower colour is totally different from the image which i saw online. (Refer attached image for evidence) it seems online it was dark purple flower but in real its pinkish colour flower which doesn’t suits on dress.
5) tutu material & net looks so old. It seems they kept the material since long days and used this material to make this dress. I am sure it’s not a new material.
6) net quality is also not good. (I think it’s the simple net not the tulle material).

When i asked for the refund they says money can't be refunded and only u can order from the another product on site. Also there is no option available online to track your complain status and refund status.

Please don't order from this site.
