I have purchase a videocon TAB Model No. VA72K, This tab has not open from 15 april 2015. I have regular follow up through mail and phone. Every time customer care discuss my case take my email id but they donot any sollution till date execpt one time they told me to visit our service centre, I am visiting vediocon service center dated 27.04.2015. show vedio con tab but they are not issued doa certificate reason being they checked vediocon tab related detail as per statement of service centre doa certificate dated mention as per data base is dated 10.11.2014. my question is if i purchase tab in 13 april 2015 and tab receving dated 15.04.2015 against invoice no. [protected] dated 13.04.2015, ref order no. I[protected] how I prepare DOA certificate on dated 10.11.2014. Planet m shopping customer care has not given proper solutions except mental harassment. I have compain so many times though mail and each time revert answer received from [protected]@next.co.in regarding visit to service centre, I have calling to customer care on their std no. [protected] they not given me right solutions, every time only case discuss take time and nothing action till date. I have complain, kindly do any thing, replacement my tab and give me compansation against their bad service
