[Resolved]  Planet Spark — Cancel the course and refund the overdue payment against course.

Sir/Madam,

We had seen the advertisement on facebook and clicked on that for free demo. After demo they approached us and offered the course in which Mahima Tiwari (Mobile no [protected]) was leading. During the conversation about the course detail Mahima Tiwari and their team cleared us about the course and fee details. Also confirm that the few free classes they first offered and once we confirm then they will continue the course and for course fee its initialize in EMI scheme (Rs 6875 for nine months) which they will start once we confirm. The course start from 1st December 2023 under enrollment id 56479, Name of son Vedant Chaudhary. They had taken only 7 classes and later the appointed teacher was not talking properly. We had complaint by telephonic to Mahima Tiwari whom said she is councilor for our course and for any query we should talk to her. But their was no improvement found and after month we got message from bank to maintain the account balance for Loan-EMI which was shocking us. We approaches the planet spark for cancel the course and stop the EMI but still its not processed by Planet spark. They had cheated us and now they are neither responding on telephone and nor they are taking the class also still not cancel the EMI. So requested you to help us to conclude this course issue.
