Planetspark — EMI deducted incorrect date

I enrolled my daughter for a course in Planet Spark. I am facing a payment related issue where the financial vendor is deducting money from my account incorrectly on 25th, 28th or even after 28th again 2nd next month. Initially i requested to deduct money after 5th of every month and they agreed. But now they are doing whatever they want. I have raised many tickets and tried calling multiple times but neither the finance vendor ShopSe is contactable nor the Planet Spark team is responding. None of the phone numbers are working or contactable. The chat and ticket system is non responsive. Till date no resolution received. I wish to remove my daughter but they are showing policies where after 5th class we cannot unenroll. The level to teaching is stupid and very basic. I am Highly dissatisfied. Please help

Updated by Mekhla Bhowmik I am reopening the complaint. Shivangi from Planet Spark called and told us they will pay Rs 42950. They confirmed that if we remove the social media posts and take away the complaint they will give us the refund.
Once i did that They paid only 33, 349 only and later said this error happened due to system error. They will pay the rest in some time.
In the mean time, again bank deducted emi of Rs 3, 327.84 without informing and this costed a bounce charges of 222 rupees.
Next the bank did foreclosure by taking Rs.36, 720. Now the admin Shivangi says the payment was done right and they will not pay anything.

They need to pay the extra payment of Rs.6698.99.

I claim am extra compensation of 50k for such harrassment and false talks from Shivangi and her planet spark team.

I am reopening the complaint. Shivangi from Planet Spark called and told us they will pay Rs 42950. They confirmed that if we remove the social media posts and take away the complaint they will give us the refund.
