[Resolved]  Planetspark — For providing less no. of classes and completing the course in 2 months against 4 months

Due to covid -19 the children are to stay inside the home and the schools are also online. I have only one daughter. To keep my daughter engage I took her admission in online courses for English course. The counsellor of Planet Spark promised me to provide 4 months course for the fees I paid for admission. He furnished me a receipt also in which 30 sessions and 4 months course is also mentioned. But the teacher told my daughter that the course is completed after 25 sessions and only 2 months. Then another counsellor contacted me to take admission for further course. When I told her about the earlier course package, she replied that I have paid only for 25 classes which is entered in their computer. When I explained the matter she agreed and replied that earlier counsellors were engaged in such misleading assurances to achieve their targets. They also guaranteed to increase the speaking and writing skills and if I’ll not satisfied with the improvement, they will refund the fees paid.
Now I contacted them to refund my amount for the less number of classes (05) they did not provide but they are unable to listen to my complained. I request to take action against such cheating in online course and to get back my refund.
