[Resolved] Planetspark — PlanetSpark - Money not refunded after discontinuing | |||
I was told that the money will be refunded on discontinuation of the class. I had to discontinue my daughter's class but the customer support does not seem to be responsive enough to refund the money. I have exchanged a few emails, sent text messages to the concerned people, but no refund so far. It has been more than a week. US support number does not seem to be working as well. Aug 15, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted planet spark support using the email address [email protected]. I had several follows ups and the Ticket #115511 was created. This was ticket was marked as resolved with another ticket included in the resolution. The new ticket is not trackable.
I contacted the US phone number +14012711110. This number appears in their website upon login. Nobody answers this phone during PDT daytime and the call just disconnects.
The issue is not resolved yet. | |||
