Updated by Preet678 Moreover I am still getting link to attend classes when actually I have already submitted request to stop my classes and grant refund a long time back. Mr Prince was giving me lecture on what role I and school cannot play.. and told me about importance of public speaking..as if I didn't know all this before enrolling my kid.. jus a method to harass parents mentally and not grant refund from their end..
Moreover they generate a Ticket number which I am sharing here. What they write in ticket we don't know..bit just shows the status as active or working..but Exact Status and Exactly what they write there we don't know.. So a request to consumer forum to look into the ticket I'd and force them to refund the amount within 3 days.. during registration they call at night 10pm and after that when we have any issues, they dont even pick up our call.. so they should refund with a penalty of 30% which should increase to 50% if payment is not done within 3 working days. Already 1 month has passed since 6th March when they wasted my time..
