Platinum Services — Online fraud - platinum services

On 18th October 2021, I received a call from a person saying that they're calling me from the Credit Card services department and that I have been selected for a gift package because of my Axis Bank credit card usage. Thinking that it was a call from Axis Bank, I went ahead and made a payment of Rs. 8, 890 for a list of services that they said they were providing as part of a package from Platinum Service. They even said that Rs. 8890 will be converted into a no-cost EMI. On call and on an email, they mentioned that the following inclusions in the package:

1. Combo kit 2 assured gift item belt & wallet

2. Two exclusive Domestic holiday vouchers for 3
day 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 children (below age of 5 years) across
In India over 120 properties, member needs to
provide prior notice of 21 days (which can be exceeded up to 90 days as
per member wish) with 3 different dates with a gap of 7 days and 3
different locations from which any one date and location will be
confirmed. Members need to pay INR 499 DD handling charges at the time of booking per Holiday Voucher. Every property has some exclusion periods
So member need to avoid it like Goa in December.

3. A transdeal Discount Subscription Card which would entitle
you to get privileges at outlets across India. Discounts can be availed
by following the procedure mentioned on the booklet/directory or on
website like through pre-paid vouchers, online shopping & By Flashing
Card at selected outlets. This subscription would be valid for 1 year
from the date of enrolment. This will help you to avail upto 30% discounts on various brands. This card is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank.
kindly avoid the bills of petrol, diesel, jewelry and utility bills.

4. One food cash back/reimbursement voucher up to (INR 4000)
which can only be redeemed after redemption of first Holiday voucher.

5.One Thyrocare Health Check Up Voucher u can use it with Your Blood Relation.voucher can be Redeemed only One person In Your Blood relation With 199rs DD.

After going forward with the transaction, I had a doubt and therefore I decided to cross check the same with my Axis Bank Relationship Manager. He told me that the bank doesn't provide any such packages.
Since then I have been calling Platinum Service to cancel my package and return the money but they're refusing it saying that they've sent whatever was promised as part of the package.

Despite repeated requests, they're refusing to cancel it and refund my money. And the reason for not cancelling it is the fact that they've sent everything that they said they would on call. But the truth is that everything that they've sent is useless.

The belt and wallet are unbranded and the the other vouchers also don't look authentic. The transdeals card also doesn't work. Even the no-cost EMI was a trap. Now they're saying that I can convert the amount into EMI as per bank charges only.

Other company names that they've been using are Dream Holidays, TransDeals.

I am not the only victim to their fraud. I read that someone else also had been duped the same way and they registered their complaint here in July. I am sharing their contact details such as phone number, email and the address where the parcel came from. Please look into this matter and get my money refunded. And please ensure that legal action is taken against these fraudsters.
