Have given 900 rupees to the scammer to file my pmegp loan but after completing 8 days he is saying give 2500 rupees again and i have said that cancelled it he saying when you cancelled you cannot apply next time for any government loan and i said ok no problem he saying that i cancelled it and saying your 900 rupees will refund to your account in 72 hours then i checked my account balance after 72 hours but not received any money then i checked after 8 days but not recieved money and last i called it he is not picking call what to do ... ??
