I have had face this problem since 2017. i am the regular traveler of pmpml. i have travel in this 4 year all over pune. many time i have not received my remaining ticket money. conductor have only one reason "i dont have change, i cant give you remaining money". many time i have ignore this things but i can happen with 1/10 th passenger. if they not return this remaining money, what happen with this money? pmpml have record of this extra money? who is responsible for this situation? by doing this thing conductor arrange their tea and nasta money. if pmpml not accepted this my complaint then they should show record of extra money. please solve this problem because many passenger grinds under this situation. i request to pmpml chief please take it seriously its not a joke. i have some solution on this but i will present this solution in front of pmpml CEO.
