Purchased poco mobile from Flipkart and after 2 month it stopped working when visited to mi customer service centre they refused to do warranty service saying that the product one side screw seal missing so warranty not eligible. But the interesting thing is the product delivered to me as it is with one side screw seal missing which means it comes in a category of defective product.
